Sound Investments Management Company LLC (“SIMCO,” “we,” or “us”) provides advisory services under separate, written engagement letters with individual clients. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to the public, an offer to sell securities, or investment advice.
Portal access
The “Sign in” portal is restricted to clients with active engagements and to authorized SIMCO staff. Unauthorized access, or attempted access, is prohibited.
Billing and reimbursements
Engagement fees and reimbursable expenses incurred by SIMCO on a client’s behalf are invoiced separately through ExpenseFlow, a Stripe-powered billing platform operated by SIMCO. Fees, refunds, and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable engagement letter, not by these site terms.
No warranties
This site is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIMCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
